Bollinger Enterprises, Inc. (BEi) - has the contract for the Chapman State Park Concessions. BEi's concession stand is in the beach area of Chapman State Park and sells a variety of snacks, food and drinks from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day. There is also a variety of items including ice for the beach goers and campfire wood for campers for sale at the concession stand. Rental canoes, kayaks and paddle boats are available at the BEi concession stand as well. To reserve any of the watercrafts, call 814-723-8431, M-F, 8 am - 4 pm.
